Save The Dream Tour to Chicago’s Troubled Homeowners

For the past few months, The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA), which is a nonprofit group that finds ways to help at-risk homeowners lower their mortgage payments has started their tour to 10 cities in the US to meet troubled homeowners.

The team is coming to Chicago and it will bring its “Save The Dream Tour” to McCormick Place this Friday, July 24. They are holding a 4-day workshop there. Chicago is the 4th stop of their 10-city tour. This workshop connects troubled homeowners with their mortgage lenders to restructure their existing loan. The team will help permanently lower the interest rate or dropping the principal balance or changing the terms. The whole services are free and the workshop is open to the public.

According to Darren Duarte, many homeowners throughout the tour have successfully restructure their loans onsite.

NACA spokesman Darren Duarte says many homeowners successfully restructure their loans onsite. For the Chicago event alone, he is expecting 25,000 people to attend.

If you are a troubled homeowner living in Chicago, make sure you don’t miss this chance to get help restructuring your existing mortgage loan. Mark your calender for Friday, Jul 24, 2009 at McCormick Place.
