I’ve sold several houses with a lease option agreement. There are many good reasons to do this. It is slightly harder to find a tenant qualified to do this, but they usually are better tenants.

I am going to show this to my friend who has a house to sell. I have mentioned the lease option to think about, and you explain it well here.

I agree with Brianna, the lease option is slightly harder regarding the tenant qualification but I have found that I feel much more comfortable with that caliber of tenant. It also makes it easier for the tenant to qualify for financing once the purchase option is exercised.
