When The Trends Research Institute predicted the collapse for 2009, many people said that they were wrong and that the collapse did not happen. However, according to Gerald Celente, the collapse actually did happen back in March 2009 when the worlds’ equity market crumbled. The reason why many people don’t actually “see” or “feel” it, is because there is a world wide cover up using bail out money and stimulus packages. In the interview with Russia Today, Celente explained that from China to UK and from the US to Australia, trillions of dollars were poured out into the financial system in order to prop it back up from the collapse.

Celente predicted that in 2010, the collapse will eventually hit the ground as so far it never went all the way down because of all the financial stimulus money. In 2010, stimulus money will run out and reality will finally set in and the worst is yet to come.

In 2010, we will witness several survival movements in the United States. This time it will be all about getting food in order to either make it or break it. The best growth industry will be gang membership as people will start doing whatever necessary in different levels in order to protect themselves, get enough food and then to another higher level such as to get enough fuel.

Regarding international affairs, Celente forecasts a wave of terror not because of hatred for US liberty as Bush claimed to be the reason of the 9/11 attack, but because of the US foreign policies. If there are more terror attacks on US soil, it is because of wanting revenge and getting even as the US foreign policies have been fertilizing the foundation for more terrorism. The wave of terror will not necessarily come from an organized crime like the Al-Qaidah but could also be from lone-wolf terrorists.

The problem is that the US will not be the only target of terror but all the nations that go into another country and tell them how to live and what to do, and think that they are better than them, these countries are the most likely target of the wave of terror in 2010.

Celente also predicts an internet revolution. As the US TV network are currently only presenting garbage news such as the missing body of Michael Jackson for months or every detail of Tiger Woods affairs. The TV network claims that these kind of garbage is what the people want but Celente said that maybe that is what the TV network want to feed the people. Unfortunately there are higher intellectual people out there who actually cares about what is more important than the garbage that they have been fed by the media. There will be a revolution where media network with real news will be feeding the world and they will be internet based. This will finally bring down all the big TV network.
