The article is right…to a point. NOW is the time to go out and purchase the survival essentials. Rice, beans, salt, sugar, flour. Land is a very good buy if one can orgainise and prioritise for it, and knows the right kind to buy to get them through these kind of situations. We also need to lay back seeds, ammo, some few guns, military cammo, needles and thread. The point is: Dont wait for later, DO IT NOW….or DIE in the near future!

Good Article. Anyone in the city will be gathered up by FEMA. The idea of the collapse is to start the process of depopulation.
After the cities, there will be roaming drones flying overhead to locating the others. Thus, why they are closing off all cave entrances at every national park in the U.S..
It’s unfortunate but true, we are being set up for extermination.
I suggest you live life, be happy, for there is truly nothing that us regular people can do about it.
If you do somehow survive, having some silver (gold is a worthless metal for today’s world, it is a hoarded metal) for back in Wiemar Germany after they killed their currency, you could have bought a three story building for an ounce of silver! That’s a fact of truth.

There’s a lot of good, common-sense suggestions in this post about living more simply, getting out of debt, spending money primarily for essential items. But I agree with Rosanne’s comment: The warnings about cannibalism are sensationalistic and frankly over-the-top.

This is all interesting and fulfill some prophecy, spoke by the Prophets of God in the Old Testament. I believe the separation is going on right now of the wheat and tare. As a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, I know that the Lord will provide. Because trying to meet some of the points in this article would be impossible being that my family has been hit hard due to the economic crisis. Our only hope has been in God, we focus on the scripture that tells us to take no thought what you shall eat, for your heavenly father knows what you need before you even asks. (paraphased of course) But since He knows, I have made up my mind to follow him all the way from earth to glory. I would invite everyone to allow Jesus to lead you.

Get out of debt so you will have money to buy survival food and preps. This meltdown is happening and the more prepared we are when it comes full circle the better chance we’ll have of pulling through. I don’t have much of any of the stuff I would need to survive outside of government help. I’m working on it though. Being off the grid is where I’d like to be but heck I don’t have that kind of money. What little I do have is going for the essentials: food, water, medicine, and anything deemed necessary.
